This candle holder is made of old fence railings from North Dakota.  This fits well into either a western theme or if you wish, a nautical theme as it resembles a group of tied up piers at the ocean.  The base measures 7 1/2" long x 5 1/2" wide (approximate) with the total height being 10".  The glass votives are included in your purchase.
