This pretty little falls lies in lower levels of the Targhee National Forest on the Falls River not too far from Idaho Falls, Idaho. The trail to the falls is a lovely 1/2 mile to 3/4 mile trip and the trail follows the river for quite a while (but I am not sure on the distance as I did not pursue the trail more than a mile or so...one of plans for this spring). This is a great trail for either the more serious hiker or the beginer because the trail going down to the falls is easy but if you decide to go further, than the trail gets a little more rugged.  ...
